Authorize hospital in Doha, Qatar to apply the physical examination

Which hospital should I go to get the physical examination to apply the working visa at Sanya, Hainan , china my employer required the health certificated for Chinese government . And which point should I check like blood , chest testing ?

There is no authorized hospital by China Embassy in Qatar. Any local public hospital will be ok.
