About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Malaysian studying in Singapore but student pass expire on 20 April 2012

I am a Malaysian studying in Singapore. However, my student pass will expire on 20 April 2012. I am intending to visit China from 28 March to 1 April 2012. Can I still apply tourist visa in Singapore? Secondly, can my friends apply for me on my behalf as I am not currently in Singapore?

If you still have a valid SPR,WP,EP,STP or DP when apply for the China visa, I think it's possible for you to apply for a China visa for your trip from 28 March to 1 April 2012. You can entrust your friends to submit the visa application on youe behalf.
