hello is it possible that my visa is hangzhou then i work in another province?

my case is about, i want to quit my job in hangzhou, i just renew my temporary residence visa last month and it will end this july 2012. i used to move to fujian because i have a good offer their. is it posible that i used my current visa now that issued in hangzhou? then what i do is i just want to go to local police in fujian that i report that i change my house address?
because when i renew my visa in hangzhou first you i go to the local police their and get REGISTRATION VOUCHER OF RESIDENCE FOR VISITORS FROM OVERSEAS and i read the notice below show( IF YOU CHANGE YOUR RESIDENCE ADDRESS, PLEASE GO TO LOCAL POLICE STATION IN TIME FOR A NEW ACCOMODATION REGISTRATION. PLEASE IM EXPECTING FOR YOU HELP.
