About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

can i apply as a dutch citizen in Berlin,Germany

i am kind of running out of time to apply for a chinese visa here in Holland but i"ll be in Berlin for a few days. Can i apply there as a dutch passport holder and no connections with Germany when it comes to residency only that we are both holders of a Schengen passport, without any problems?

You can't apply for China visa in Germany if you just stay there for a few days, if you work or reside in Germany, you can apply for China visa in Germany.

Based on the information provided on the website of the Chinese consulate in Frankfurt you cannot apply as EU citizens require a resident certificate 'Nachweis des Wohnsitzes und die Aufenthaltsbescheinigung'.
