Your mother needs the following documents:
1. her passport
2. compelte visa application form V.2011A attached with one passport photo
3. A copy of the round-trip plane ticket
4. invitation letter with a copy of your valid chinese residence visa and passport information page
5. previously used China visa sticker

Your son needs the following documents:
1. his passport
2. your mother can fill in the visa application form V.2011A on the behalf of him, the form affixed with one passport photo
3. A copy of the round-trip plane ticket
4. invitation letter with a copy of your valid chinese residence visa and passport information page
Your son doesn't provide the documents for first time applicants because he is under the age of 18 years.

affidavit of authority and consent notarized and issued last march 201o has expired, you have to apply for a new one. Your mother has to hold it to bring your son to go to China, otherwise, Philippines immigration won't allow them to exit Philippines.
