if that time i will go back to south africathen come again using new invitation

i was working in a company before but i left the company because the conditions were not good and i joined another company now ,, now my previous company is not giving me release paper and my new company cant offer me working visa without release paper of my previous company,, my visa will expire in september,, if that time i will go back to south africa and then come again using new invitation letter ,, it will be possible or not? please guide me thanks

I think there will still some trouble for you to apply for a new work visa without the release paper of the previous company even if you do this after the expiration of your present visa. I avise you consult this issue with your previous employer again, adn try your best to gain the release paper from them.

hi dearthanks for helping me,, i am trying but they are not ready to give me ,, even i am ready to pay the money for breaking the contract,, but they are angry because i left the company without telling them, please guide me and tell me the best way

If you can not get the release paper privately, then you may ask help from the local foreign affairs office. Anyway, you have to get the paper for your new work visa.
