About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

hi,i want to apply visa to shanghai for meeting.Will stay there for 5 days.

Questions here are,my boss is italian but he has a working permit here.They have a meeting in shanghai for 5 days.What should i fill out except the visa form?Did i need to authoraize any doc for this process?

You need to organize all the following documents to apply a business visa (F visa) for your boss:
1. your boss's Italian passport and a copy of the passport first page
2. fill in visa application form v.2011A and supplementary visa application form v.2011b for him, but he should sign his signature on the forms.
3. one passport photo of your boss
4. A letter of invitation from the meeting organizer
5. your boss's Malaysian work permit and its copy
