About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

I leave 100 mil from Bern, can I apply visa by mail? My mission is in Rudong, Jiangsu Province.

Chinese embassy in Bern, Switzerland doesn't accept visa application by mail, if you can't come to the embassy in person, you can entrust someone or a travel agency to submit on your behalf.
