About:Feng Shui Tips for Home

Hi, I am looking to buy a house that has a few thins my MIL pointed out

The front door faces 3 houses with chimney's
The house is in a valley, lower than the main road
The powder room is to the right of the front door, but not directly facing it.
Train tracks run behind the house

Are these ok? My mother in law says she's not a Feng Shui expert, but did point these out as possible issues?

Please let me know

Aaron, first houses should be lower than the main road. You can imagine what will happen if it rains heavily. And it's no good if there is a road/railway behind your house. Otherwise, the master's health will be greatly affected.

I think you mean should not be below the road? I'm not too concerned with drainage as this is an established community, I'm more concerned about FS.
Thanks for confirming re train tracks, this is great info!
Any truth to the chimneys being an issue?
Thanks
Aaron

Aaron, did you mean your front door face a chimney? Chimney isn't a big issue. You can choose to hang a convex mirror to offset the side-effects.
