About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Nobody answer the phone of Consulate-General of PRC in Toronto

I have been tried to call the Consulate-General of PRC in Toronto, nobody answered the phone, also i send email to them, no reply. Do you know any application service centre enquire phone number in toronto that i can talk to them?

I don't know the why or have a solution but in my experience, no phone numbers at any Chinese Consulate in the U.S. are ever answered. Apparently, these people are not accountable to anyone for anything. The only remedy is to continuously expose this incompetence at every opportunity.
