About:China Visa Application in USA

Must I go to Consulate-General office serving my state?

I am a resident of Pennsylvania (served by the Consulate General of New York), but Washington, DC, is much closer to my home. May I go there, instead, or must I go to New York?

Hi, you need to apply from the Consulate General of New York.
