I'm Vietnamese. Now I'm living in Toyama. I know that there are some Consulate Generals in Japan. Each takes care of some districts.
1. I'll have a business in Osaka in July, I want to apply visa in Osaka's Consulate General. Can I do that?
Or Do I have to go to Nagoya to apply it?
2. Tavelling visa, have to book the flight-ticket before applying? And what the documents I need?

1. Albert, because you live in Toyama, I’m afraid you need to apply for it at the consulate general of PRC in Nagoya. Of course, you can submit your application to the consulate general of PRC in Osaka for a try.
2. The round trip air tickets should be booked in advance if you want to apply for a tourist L type. Besides, you also need to provide your passport and copies of all used pages, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, ARC card in Japan and hotel booking record.
