I got job in china and i want to do Physical Examination..

my resident is in Coimbatore ,Tamil Nadu,India.Recently i got job in china .By next week i will be getting my Z visa invitation letter from china.Before going to chinese embassy i want to do the "Physical Examination for Foreigners".For this whether i can do in any private hospital or Public Hospital?Is there any designated hospitals in south part of india? Also what mean the indian state hospital whether its a government hospital?

You can do the physical examination record in a public hospotal, the Indian state hospital is a government hospital.
