Transit visa needed?

Hello,

I am a US citizen and passport holder, and UK permanent resident. I will be traveling from Seoul to London through Shanghai (PVG) later this month. My time between flights is about 4 hours. Do I need a transit visa?

Visas are not required of US passport holders who transit through Pudong Airport or Hongqiao Airport of Shanghai for less than 48 hours, provided they hold valid passports, visas for the onward countries, final destination tickets and have booked seats.
