About:China Embassy in Thailand

Chinese Visa for Germans

I will be in Thailand with a 30 days on arrival permit for Thailand.
Can I apply a 60 (or 90) days (multiple) Visum for China there with an invitation from friends in China?

I think you can. If you failed to do this, you can contact China Travel Service ( H.K.) Limited to apply for the China visa for you by telephone: (852) 2315 7171 or by email: ctshk.com|enquiry.
