About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Can I apply for China visa in Kuala Lumpur or Indonesia?

I hold Lithuanian passport, and before my trip to China I am visiting Malaysia and Indonesia. Can I apply and obtain a China visa from these 2 countries? Or still the easiest way would be to apply for a visa in Hong Kong?

Aliens have to provide the original and a copy of his or her permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least 6 months to apply for a China tourist visa in Malaysia, but China Embassy in Indonesia doesn't have such requirements for foreignersin Indonesia. So you may apply for the vis ain Indonesia.
