Just apply for China visa again, it is impossible for you to contact the visa officer who makes the decision for approval or denial of visa application. Have you overstayed in China? Have you provided all requirements? Where did you submit your application?

I never overstayed, never violated any norms or laws, submitted all the required details as have been submitting during earlier applications for Visa.

You are unlucky to meet a visa officer who makes decision for your application, if a different visa officer exams your next application, maybe your application will be approved. Have a try again!
