Apply for Dependent Visa

Hello, i am a Malaysian and my husband is currently working in China. I would like to apply for dependent visa (Z) for myself and child. Can i apply it thru trusted agent?

Do they require original marriage certificate & birth certificate to proof of kinship? Is it acceptable in English version? Is Medical report (for me and child) necessary for visa application?
