According to the rule, without a Korean Alien Registration Card valid for at least 6 months, you can't apply for a China tourist visa in Korea.

If you have visited Mainland China in the last 2 years and can provide the previousely used China visa sticker on your passport, it is still possible for you to get a single entry tourist visa in Korea.

You don't need a visa to Hong Kong for less than 30 days stay in Hong Kong.
