Can you verify the original death certificate issued by the State of Hawaii?

We are in the process of trying to claim the realestate(a house) in ZhongShan, China. The problem is local officials can't verify the original death certificate of my parents issued by the State of Hawaii. My question is if I mail the original death certificate of my parents to you, do you think you can in one way or another, verify that the copy I send is authentic? If not, do you have other suggestions?
