Visa Application Form of People's Republic of China

I am a Singapore PR, with Malaysian nationality. I would like to apply China Visa (for Leisure) in Spore, may I know what documents do I need to furnish (eg. copies of REP, NRIC, etc) when I apply it in Spore? And, can I fill up the visa form manually (hand-written) or must I fill it up online, then print out from the web? Appreciate your soonest reply.

The requirements you need to prepare:
(i) Original passport with at least two blank visa pages.

(ii) One completed Visa Application Form V.2011A with a recently-taken passport photo stuck on it; The Supplementary Visa Application Form V.2011B is also required because you apply visa in Singapore rather than Malaysia.

(iii) Those who apply for tourism in China should provide round-trip airline tickets and hotel reservation

(iv) Non-Singapore citizens shall provide documents that entitle them to reside for an extended period of time in the SPR,WP,EP,STP,DP.

You must fill visa application forms online, then print out from the web, the handwritten visa application forms are not accepted.
