China visa and philippines visa

My boyfriend comes from Cairo Egypt, he will get visa from Egypt to Guangzhou..we will then meet there...now from Guangzhou, can my boyfriend will be given the chance to get visa going to the Phils?coz he will come along with me in the Phils..where is the possible place do you advise us to secure his visa from Guangzhou to the Phils..? or should he just get two visas from Egypt to Guangzhou...then, Guangzhou to the Phils..could he get these two visas in Egypt so as not to spend more time, we are just planning to be in Guangzhou for 3 days to buy RTW for ladies.Thanks!
