About:China Embassy in Thailand

I am Canadian living in Phuket. Can I mail my passport, application/ fee to Bangkok for tourist visa

Phuket is under the consular districts of China Consulate in Songkhla, you need to apply visa at the consulate in Songkhla. The application by post is not accepted.
