You may just apply for the a China tourist visa from the Consulate-General of China in Jeddah. Since you are in Jeddah, I advise you go the Consulate-General to apply for the visa in person, and you may also entrust someone else to aapply it for you on your behalf. the documents needed are generally, your passport with more than six months validity and at least one visa page, one complete application that can be down from the official website of the Consulate-General of China in Jeddah with one recent passport size photograph (black and white or color), personal bank statement, actual airline tickets showing departure from China and your residence permit in Jeddah. The visa fee is about 120SR for a single entry visa for Indian passport holders.
