could citizen of kazakhstan get china visa in thailand???

Before i lived in China for 1 year, and had a 1 year multivisa - L, now i`m travelling in Vietnam, and  Im going to Thailand, so there i want to make a china visa...

You can try to apply for a China visa in Thailand, but I can't sure you can get it. Please show the previous 1 year multiple entry L visa on your passport, it is helpful for your application.
