Can I apply for the business visa without attaching the roundtrip ticket?

Can I apply for the business visa without attaching the roundtrip ticket? The company who invited me in China still closed due to holiday season. But I have the invitation from them.

You can't apply for business visa without the round-trip ticket, a copy of the round-trip plane ticket is required for business visa (F visa) application.
