About:Chinese Embassy in Bahamas

How do I go about acquiring a VISA to visit China?

I am an American citizen and live in Freeport, Bahamas most of the time. I plan to visit in October of this year and understand that I will need a VISA.

You can apply the visa in Bahamas if you live there. But you need to additionally submit application form V2011B and probably resident visa there while applying for it.
