I have a friend in China who wants to hire me for a job (direct hiring). Do I need to apply the work visa (Z) here in the Philippines or simply get a tourist/business visa first then go to China to apply work (Z) visa there?
By the way, I have gone for some business and employment in China for about 9 years. I just thought they might have new policies in acquiring visas
