Can I submit my SSS contributions and not my ID?

I am a first-time applicant for chinese tourist visa. I have already requested for my ID from SSS but it will take them 4 months to deliver to me. Can I just submit my SSS contributions and my copy of my request form for SSS ID?

I'm afraid that your application will be denied without the SSS ID. You can try to submit your SSS contributions and your copy of your request form for SSS ID.
