About:China Visa on Arrival

Is visa on arrival available for me, a Cambodian with HK permanent ID?

I am Cambodian and had HK permanent ID. Can I get visa on arrival in Shen Zen?

No, I'm afraid you cannot get a visa on arrival.
Since you have a Hong Kong ID card, I think you can apply for a China travel document from China embassy in Cambodian to travel to Shenzhen. You can also apply for a Home-Visiting Certificate for Compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao in Hong Kong.
If these certificites are unavailable for you, you need to apply for a China visa in advance.
