Requirements for a Visa to China for One who has Previously been to China

I've been to Beijing and Shanghai a few years ago as a tourist. Just last December 2-5,2011 my sister and I visited Hongkong and Macau. I would like to visit Guangzhou and nearby towns as well. Being a previous visitor of China, what would I need for my next visa application. Maybe a two weeks visa?

Thank you,
Alice Mari Lynn E. Sotto
