About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver
Can I mail my application to the Vancouver consulate from my home in Manitoba?

Manitoba is under the consular districts of China Consulate in Toronto, please apply for your visa through Toronto Consulate, however, the consulate doesn't accept visa application by mail. The Chinese Visa Application Service Center accepts the postal applications from the Provinces of Ontario(except Ottawa) and Manitoba. You can mail the application to the center.0
