Documents for group tourist visa

To apply for the group visa, you need to have at least 5 people in the group. The requirements include:
1. A group visa application letter from local travel agency.
2. Confirmation fax or letter with Group Code from tourist bureau of China or an authorized travel agency in China.
3. Original valid passports and one photocopy of the front page of the passports of the group members.
4. Three copies of properly completed and typed List of Tourist Group.
5. other deemed necessary documents by the embassy.
