Yes, China visa will be valid for the whole territories of China, however, Hong Kong and Macau are special administrative regions, they apply different exit and enter controls from Mainland China, you can't use China visa to go to Hong Kong or Macau. If you want to go to Tibet, besides China visa, you also need to get a Tibet Entry Permit. A single entry China visa is valid for 3 months.
