About:Chinese Consulate in Edinburgh

can a person living in England apply for a tourist visa from Edinburgh?

England is under the consular juridiction of China embassy in London, you should apply visa through Chinese Visa Application Service Center in London. If you submit application to Edinburgh consulate, your application will be denied or delayed.
