Can official divorce orders be used in lieu of single status for marriage in china?

I am a Singapore citizen who intents to get married to a Chinese national in China. As part of the requirement, there is a need for Single Status Certificate. But I am a divorcee, can offical court divorce orders for my previous marriage be used instead?

the official court divorce orders can't be used in lieu of single status for marriage in China. You need to obtain a single status certificate to be notarized first by a local Notary Public and then to be authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law and at last to be authenticated by the Chinese embassy in Singapore.

The offical court divorce orders should be authenticated by Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chinese embassy in Singapore.
