Train tickets from to Beijing

I have already booked accommodations for Harbin on the 29 Dec and return to Beijing on the 31st. How much would be the rate for lower bunk soft sleeper? Do I have power outlets for my phone or laptop (im using 220v)?

For the night trains from Harbin to Beijing, you could choose the train T18, Z16 or Z2. One lower soft sleeper costs CNY429. Usually, there are no power outlets in the train carriages but only in crew lounge. So, it is better for you to bring the charged battery by yourself.
