Hello i have a Belgium nationality (passport and identiy card) but i also have a HK permanent Identity card.I want to apply for a Home visit permit for China. Am i eligible to apply for one?

You are eligible to apply for a Home Return Card (Home Visit Permit) for China. However, you can't get it in Belgium, please go to Hong Kong and submit the application to China Travel Service Hong Kong.
