About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Is it the ONLY way to apply chinese visa via CVASV? Or I can go to the Visa Section and apply?

Is there any advantages of using the CVASV service? How much will it cost for us to apply for 1 adult and 2 children, for multiple re-entry visa valid for 6 months? We need the visas by 16 Dec Friday as my husband is flying out on Monday 19th Dec.

If you hold originary passport, you have to submit your applications to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center. Although the consulate says that ordinary passport holders can still submit application to it if they can book an appointment with the consulate, in fact, it is almost impossible for applicants to book an appointment with the consulate.

Please submit application to CVASC. There is no advantages of the CVASC service. It costsA$ 128.5 in total per person ( A$ 90 for 6 months double-entry visa + A$ 38.5 for handling service of CVASC) .
