HK Id or dual citizen

I was born in HK in 1984 and now I am a candian citizen. I would like to move to Hong Kong or a few years. What do I need to get a dual citizen or a HK Id card?

Or do i get both at the sametime and where can I apply for it?

If you still have a Hong Kong Birth Certificate, please go to China consulate in Toronto to enquire it, you can also refer to http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/services.htm to find the information.
