About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

i have question about stamp for my birth certificated....

hello, i born in Hong kong in 1985 and i need a stamp for my birth certificated and Certificate of status. from the china embassy,but the embassy refused, they said i was born when hong kong is England. What should i do to get the stamp. Where should i go? and what i need to do? Another question, I born in hong kong but i am now in belgium, and i want to ask for my Certificate of status, what do i have to do ?

The birth certificated and certificate of status don't need to be authenticated by Chinese embassy in Belgium according to 1969 Hague Convention. They just need to be notarized by a Notary Public, then authenticated by Hong Kong Immigration Department. Then the two documents can be used in Belgium.
