About:China Visa on Arrival

visa at lou hu border

my father holding indonesian passport and he never been go to china can he get a visa at lou hu border at this time? and my son holding bangladesh passport (holding hk id) can he also make from lou hu?

The chance for your father to get a visa at Luo hu border is slim because he has never been to China. It is possible for your son to get a visa on arrival at Luo hu because he holds a HK ID, but I can't 100% sure he can get it. it is advisable for them to get a China visa in advance.
