About:Visa on Arrival

VOA for Filipinos that go to Louhu metro station

I had previously a tourist visa 1 entry to go to China, I was in China for 20 days in November 2024, now I am planning to return to Hong Kong and go by metro to Louhu to cross to Shenzhen, but this time I want to enter with my kid and niece, can we get the visa in Louhu for 3 of us?
