Is it possible for a Filipino to apply a German visit visa in china?

I'm a Filipino having my holiday in china. Me and my German boyfriend who works here in china wants to spend Christmas in Germany is it possible for me to apply a german visit visa in china?

You can't apply for German visit visa in China because you are just a temporary visitor in China.
