lost passport in curacao

my passport is stolen in Curacao. now i only have the paper from police that sb. break the carwindow and stole my bag. my flight will be on 19,nov. 2011. i have to fly to Frankfurt. But now no passport no german visa anymore. how can i have my chinese passport...handy 0049 017629000877

Now, you don't have time to get a new passport, please take the lost paper issued by the police station to go to Chinese embassy in Venezuela to apply for a China travel document, after obtaining the China travel document, then go to Germany embassy in Venezuela to apply for a German visa on your travel document.
