About:China Visa

My husband is applying for a Z visa in Singapore. I am currently in China on a tourist visa

After he has got his work visa, can I apply for a dependent visa here in China or must I do it in Singapore? What documents do I need to do so? Thank you for your help.

After he got his work visa, you have to apply for dependent visa in Singapore. You need to prepare the following documents:
1. Accompanying family dependents of personnel working in China should provide an original copy of "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" issued by the authorized Chinese unit or proof of kinship, e.g. marriage certificate, and a copy of the Z-visa as well as Residence Permit of the person working in China.

2. A Physical Examination Record for Foreigner filled out and signed by a doctor (together with their copies).
The appointed hospital is Singapore General Hospital or Raffles Hospital.

3. your passport and copy of its data pages

4. completed visa application forms V.2011A and V.2011B

5. one recent passport photo
