rush service for german passport holder

Hi, please advise for  my husband is  a German Passport holder  applying z visa  this coming September in Singapore as I am Singapore passport holder.  Is Rush service also available for German national.  As we last visited your  visa office recently in August a notice indicated since June 2012 Rush Service is not applicable to EU passport holder.  Kindly advise so we can plan the return trip accordingly.. Many thanks.

Yes, it is true, the Chinese Embassy suspended the Express amd Rush Visa Service to the passport holders from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Swede, Switzerland.
