can I take the physical and medical test at local clinics in Malaysia?

The Physical examination test at local clinics are not accepted, Physical Examination Requirements: Government or General Hospital; Kuala Lumpur (Tung Shin Hospital, General Hospital), East Malaysia (any Government Hospital), Penang (Lam Wah Ee Hospital).
