American in Okinawa with a Japanese Visa

Hi!

I am going to China for Christmas. I have an American passport and a Japanese Visa from Okinawa. Where can I get a Chinese visa?

Please apply for China visa through Consulate General of China in Fukuoka because Okinawa is under its consular districts.
