I don't think you can apply for a Korean visa in China because F visa only permits you to stay in China for 6 months at most. if you hold a X visa to enter China and have a 1 year residence permit, it is possible for you to obtain Korean visa in China.

Yes, I only got single entry for 6 months but i want to apply Korea Visa before my visa expired so i`m planning to fly from Shanghai to Korea.

You can try to apply Korean visa through Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Shanghai, but I guess your application will be denied because you don't hold a residence permit with at least 6 months remainning validity.
